Genpact is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to review and process invoices, validate invoice details, and ensure timely payments. You will manage pay runs, follow up on requisitions, and contribute to process improvements within an AP framework.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, experience with SAP and MS Office, and adherence to company guidelines. English required; work location is office-based in India.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance advantageous.
• Professional certifications in finance are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions
• Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
• Release the invoices for Payment timely and accurately
• Ensure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customer
• Follow up with requisitions (via calls/emails or tickets ) to solve invoice issues as per the AP guideline
• Able to think through how to reduce helpdesk queries and help in process improvements
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines
