Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - AP to handle end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate invoice validation and timely payments. The role emphasizes adherence to AP guidelines, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing process improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance is required or equivalent.
• Masters in Finance is preferred.
• Strong English proficiency (Intermediate - B1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process invoices, validating supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number and date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with the customer.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify process improvements to reduce helpdesk queries and enhance efficiency.
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure compliance with guidelines.

Job Description

Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc. Release the invoices for Payment timely and accurately Ensure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customer Follow up with requisitions (via calls/emails or tickets ) to solve invoice issues as per the AP guideline Able to think through how to reduce helpdesk queries and help in process improvements Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines
