Job summary

EazeRecruit HR Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage year-end finalization, and prepare tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships. The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience and familiarity with cloud-based software.

You will handle bank reconciliations, payroll, weekly and monthly reporting, debtor/creditor reconciliations, depreciation scheduling, AR/AP processing, GST reconciliation, GL analysis, and work papers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review year-end financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts & partnerships.
• Review books for accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations, payrolls, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform debtor and creditor reconciliations.
• Finalize depreciation and fixed asset schedules.
• Bookkeeping: AR/AP processing daily.
• GST reconciliation.
• GL analysis and review.
• Prepare work papers.

Timings : 08:00 am to 05:00 pm / 09:30 am to 07:00 pm

Job Description :

• Prepare and review of financial statements and tax returns as part of the year end finalization work.
• Prepare and review of Individual, Company, Trust & Partnership tax returns.
• Reviewing the books of account and ensuring that the books of account are correct.
• Perform bank reconciliations, Payrolls and preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Perform debtor and creditors reconciliation
• Finalize depreciation and fixed asset schedule
• Bookkeeping- Processing AR, AP on daily basis
• Reconciliation of GST
• GL analysis and Review
• Preparation of Work paper
• Sofwares: Xero, Myob, Handi
