Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Sr. Associate - Agentic Engineer in Pune. You will build and maintain AI agents and agent components, focusing on tool integration, prompt-to-action pipelines, and testing of agentic workflows.

Responsibilities include implementing AI agents with frameworks, integrating APIs, and maintaining tests and deployment readiness under senior guidance. 0-3 years' experience and a CS/engineering degree are required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of software engineering or ML engineering experience.
• Working proficiency in Python and REST/GraphQL API integration.
• Basic understanding of LLM concepts: prompting, embeddings, tool/function calling.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain AI agents using established frameworks and integrate tools into agent pipelines.
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests and evaluation harnesses for agent behavior.
• Debug agent failures, hallucinations, and tool-call errors; document root causes and fixes.
