Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales target from assigned Dealer and developing New Dealer/Distributor.
  • Complete mapping of the Market.
  • Should be technically sound with respect to Electronic Components.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of related customers.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Responsibility from inquiry generation to order conversion, timely payment follows up, after sales service support etc.
  • Ready to tour to customer places.
  • Reporting to Regional Head- Sales.
  • Closing deals and achieving sales target in defined market segment.
  • Maintaining proper co-ordination with production & Operation team for the smooth & timely delivery/execution of work.
  • Analyzing the requirements to ensure that all points are addressed, opportunities are taken care and correct solution is specified.

Prior sales experience in similar industry (Products handling like Cable Glands, Enclosures & Customized Solutions, Wiring Ducts, DIN Rail, Lugs, Timers, Flexible Conduit)
