Role Description

Space 5 is looking for an experienced Sr. Architect to join the design team. Your role will be to oversee the design process of various projects, collaborate with team members, and ensure that projects are executed to the highest standard of quality. Need someone highly competent who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process for architectural projects, from concept to completion,
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure that all designs meet client expectations, are executed within project schedules,
• To ensure accuracy and detail in drawings and renderings, use software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Attend client meetings and present design concepts and solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure that our work is innovative and cutting-edge
• Mentor and train junior designers and architects to help them develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
