Aristocrat is seeking a proficient Animator to join our vibrant Art and Graphics team. You will create character animations, game trailers, FX, and promotional videos for mobile and web platforms, collaborating with artists, designers, and developers to ensure top visuals.

You will optimize assets, stay current with animation tech, and contribute to a rigorous asset pipeline. A 4+ year track record in 2D animation and strong Photoshop/Spine/Pixi.js skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in 2D animation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop for animation frames.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spine for skeletal 2D animation.
• Experience with TexturePacker for sprite sheets.
• Familiarity with Pixi.js Text Style Editor for in-game text styles.
• Experience with Pixi.js Particles Editor for particle effects.

• Ensure high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborate proactively with team members and collaborators across the business.
• Coordinate work and files to maintain a clean asset pipeline.

• Innovate and encourage with a passion for animation!

What We’re Looking For:-

• At least 4+ years of experience in 2D animation work - Required
• Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop for producing and adjusting animation frames - Must
• Strong hands-on experience with Spine for skeletal 2D animation - Must
• Background in Texture Packer for building and improving sprite sheets - Must
• Familiarity with Pixi.js Text Style Editor for in-game text styles - Must
• Experience with Pixi.js Particles Editor for crafting particle effects - Must
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects) - Big Advantage
• Experience animating symbols, backgrounds, and FX for casino or mobile games - Big Advantage
• Experience with the Pixi.js framework in game development - Big Advantage
• Familiarity with multi-platform asset optimization for mobile and web - Big Advantage
• Experience working in agile methodology with Scrum framework - Advantage
• Solid portfolio showcasing 2D animation projects featured in released game titles - Big Advantage
