Nextpower is seeking a highly experienced Anaplan Solution Architect in Hyderabad, India to lead end-to-end implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Workforce domains. The role demands 8+ years in IT with 4–6 years in Anaplan, strong modeling, ALM, and data hub design, and expertise in integrating Anaplan with SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, and Workday.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4–6+ years in Anaplan implementation.
• Expertise in enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions and architecture.
• Strong FP&A, Sales Planning and Supply Chain Planning knowledge.
• Experience with integrations using Anaplan Connect, REST APIs, CloudWorks, and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution design and architecture across multiple domains.
• Translate requirements into scalable Anaplan models following DISCO and PLANS standards.
• Design model architecture, data hub, and deployment approach.
• Implement and optimize Anaplan data hubs and spoke models.
• Drive model performance tuning and optimization.
• Architect and manage Anaplan ALM strategy.
• Integrate Anaplan with external systems via APIs and ETL tools.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions; mentor junior consultants.
• Ensure governance, security, and RBAC design.

We are seeking a highly experienced Anaplan Solution Architect with 8+ years of overall experience and deep expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations, drive best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution design and architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Workforce Planning domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Anaplan models following best practices (DISCO, PLANS, ALM).
• Design and oversee model architecture, data integration strategy, and deployment approach.
• Implement and optimize Anaplan data hubs and spoke models.
• Drive model performance tuning and optimization.
• Architect and manage Anaplan ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) strategy.
• Integrate Anaplan with external systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Snowflake, etc.) using APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other ETL tools.
• Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Mentor model builders and junior consultants.
• Ensure governance, security, and role-based access control design.
• Support production deployment and hypercare activities.
