Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst for Process Analytics in Supply Chain - Procurement. The role focuses on building and applying analytics to optimize procurement strategies, supplier performance, and contract terms in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and manage vendor relationships to improve efficiency, cost, and compliance across the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level and master’s qualifications in analytics, CS, statistics or data science.
• Industry certifications in procurement and supply management enhance profile.
• Strong procurement analytics, sourcing and supplier management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs.
• Analyze supplier performance and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and terms.
• Monitor and evaluate procurement KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues.
• Oversee procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring policy compliance.
