Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with supply chain focus.
• Certifications like CSCP strengthen candidacy and practical knowledge.
• Proven experience in order management and production planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor channels for incoming purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Enter orders accurately into the system within defined TAT.
• Allocate products to orders and create delivery notes for shipment.
• Coordinate with shipping facilities and carrier teams for timely dispatch.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Engage with customers to identify substitutes and communicate dates.
• Analyze order trends and raise deviations or anomalies.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries with professional, timely support.
