Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics to accelerate supply chain and procurement analytics initiatives in a dynamic, AI-driven environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes, analyze supplier performance, and drive measurable improvements through data-driven insights. Hybrid/India-based role with opportunities to contribute to AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Master’s in Data Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline operations;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs;
• Analyze supplier performance and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and terms;
• Monitor and evaluate procurement KPIs to identify areas for improvement;
