Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Lead Analyst - Process Analytics - F&A to drive data-driven insights across finance operations.

You will execute analysis tasks, prepare dashboards, and collaborate with Principals and Directors to ensure data accuracy and timely updates to delivery managers. The role demands strong analytical skills, experience in FP&A, data analytics, and change management, with a background in business analytics, CS, statistics, or data science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, CS, statistics or related field.
• Strong data analytics, FP&A and finance knowledge.
• Experience with dashboards and analytics tooling is desirable.
• Certifications in Anaplan, CFA/CFP/CPA/CTP are a plus.
