Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics for Claims & Underwriting to analyze and assess claims data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve processing efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor KPIs, mentor junior staff, and identify cost-saving opportunities while driving data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, CS, or statistics; Master’s in data science preferred.
• Certifications in data/insurance analytics are a plus.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data-driven decision making.
