Job summary

Oxane Partners in Gurugram is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager to guide investment transactions and manage end-to-end delivery across client projects.

You will coordinate between clients and the development team, oversee implementation cycles, conduct ad-hoc analytics, and ensure high-quality outcomes while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent with Finance/IT specialization; B.E./B.Tech mandatory.
• PMP Certification or any project management certification is required.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and advanced Excel, Macros and SQL.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Proven experience in project management and people management.
• Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology with relevant work experience in development/IT advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution of investment transactions.
• Provide guidance and support across investment portfolios including real estate, middle‑market, and specialty financing.
• Oversee product implementation cycles and post-implementation support with client satisfaction in mind.
• Act as liaison between clients and development team for platform features and issues.
• Lead ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, and reporting to drive client value.
• Support asset management reporting, due diligence, and business planning activities.
• Mentor team members and act as primary point of contact for teammates; resolve conflicts and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support in various aspects of investment transactions, including performing/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, and specialty financing.
• Take accountability for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of investment transactions, and perform end-to-end project management.
• Provide direction and oversight to the implementation team throughout the product implementation and post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction.
• Address client-specific needs by conducting ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as a Business Analyst for Platform features, client changes, and issues, fostering effective communication and resolution of concerns.
• Act as an extended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning, utilizing expertise and experience to drive value-added solutions and insights.
• Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or issues within the team or between multiple stakeholders, utilizing effective conflict resolution strategies such as mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment and cohesion towards project objectives.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure high levels of performance, quality, and development. Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates.

Requirements

• MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT or related fields; B.E./B. Tech is mandatory.
• PMP Certified or any project management certifications
• Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advanced skills in Excel, Macros SQL (must have intermediate to advanced level).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process to effectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven track record of Project management and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure.
• Deep interest and appreciation for technology with relevant work experience. Prior experience in development/IT roles would be a significant advantage.
