Job summary

CommScope is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Data & Analytics to design, develop, and deliver enterprise BI and analytics solutions from Goa or Hyderabad. You will lead ETL development, data modeling, and reporting, creating trusted data products and a 360-degree view of business performance for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, enforce governance, and mentor junior staff while advancing analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, or Applications development.
• Hands-on ETL design, development, and support experience.
• Expertise in data modeling, data integration, and reporting solutions.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics and BI initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

An Individual plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role leverages expertise in ETL, data modeling, reporting, visualization, and analytics technologies to create scalable, reliable, and trusted information solutions.

The individual serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within assigned functional domains, partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions. The role focuses on delivering a 360-degree view of business entities through reports, dashboards, visualizations, mobile analytics, and self-service BI capabilities.

Business Intelligence & Analytics Solution Delivery

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end BI and analytics solutions that address business challenges and strategic objectives.
• Translate business requirements, user personas, and analytical needs into scalable reporting and visualization solutions.
• Build trusted data products that provide accurate, consistent, and actionable insights for business users and leadership teams.
• Deliver a comprehensive 360-degree view of customers, products, operations, and business performance through integrated analytics solutions.

Data Integration & ETL Development

• Design and develop robust ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems while ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance standards.
• Monitor and optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement data validation and reconciliation processes to improve confidence in analytical outputs.

Data Modeling & Architecture

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop dimensional models, fact and dimension structures, and analytical data marts.
• Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to ensure optimized data structures and business alignment.
• Promote best practices in data governance, metadata management, and master data integration.

Reporting & Visualization

• Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports using modern BI tools.
• Create intuitive visualizations that simplify complex business information for decision makers.
• Enable self-service reporting capabilities while maintaining enterprise standards and governance.
• Optimize reporting solutions to improve user adoption and business value realization.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between business users and IT teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise in assigned business functions and analytics domains.
• Support business transformation initiatives through effective use of data and analytics.

Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure BI solutions meet enterprise standards for accuracy, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Establish and promote best practices in BI development, documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and analytical capabilities to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the analytics team

Required Qualifications For Consideration
