Job summary

M&G India, the strategic innovation and digital hub for M&G, seeks a proactive MIS & Administrative analyst to support security and privacy programs in Mumbai. You will manage data, requisitions in Oracle, and coordinate with UK stakeholders.

You will drive reporting excellence, maintain databases, and collaborate with the CISO team on process improvements, governance, and resilience activities while delivering high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MIS experience, preferably with requisitions in Oracle.
• Experience working with UK stakeholders and reporting requirements.
• Understanding of information security risks in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Run logistics and operations for information security training programs.
• Support CISO team in financial/reporting requirements.
• Maintain Oracle requisition data and related databases.
• Coordinate security processes and recharge recoveries.
• Provide supplier onboarding support and governance assistance.
• Support meeting minutes and broader security team tasks.
• Collaborate with trainers to improve training effectiveness.
• Communicate with stakeholders to promote security awareness.
• Assist with DR/BCP activities and governance as needed.

• Running the logistics and operations for a number of information security and privacy training programs, whilst supporting the team to ensure the training runs smoothly from start to finish and also maintaining database in required quality.
• Support CISO team in financial/service slide deck & other reporting requirements
• Support raising requisition, receipting in oracle REQ and also maintaining database.
• Support coordination in Security Processes & recharges recovery.
• Provide CISO with supplier onboarding support
• Undertake general administrative tasks such as minute taking at team and project meetings and supporting the wider Security team where needed.
• Collaborate with trainers to analyse the effectiveness of the session, and proactively offer suggestions for improvements, through participation.
• Communicating effectively and building relationships with key stakeholders for effective security and privacy awareness
• Provide proof reading and editorial support for all written material.
• Is responsible for driving reporting excellence across CISO
• Support security coordination activities like BCP, Third Party Oversight or any other governance requirements.
• Work closely with the Tech Resilience team as a DR Spoc for Enterprise Security and Privacy team to co-ordinate the DR activities relates to Cloud DR Programme and projects
• Working on requirements driven by first line GRC and regulatory requirements (if any)
• Working closely with Pillar leads and relevant teams to ensure resiliency of Security in scope applications
• Working with Pillar Leads for Business Continuity Plan refresh and working with the FLGRC team for BCP Plan Testing
• Ensure all the Enterprise Security and Privacy in scope applications are resilient as per the Operations Resilience guidelines defined by the Tech Operational Resilience team, representing Enterprise Security and Privacy at Technology Resilience Forum (TREFOR)
• Support and Manage Business Engagement - acting as a front door for the Security department, working with the business to support consumption of security services and overseeing the services to ensure they are operating in an effective, efficient and resilient manner. Effectively manage and address the growing demand for Engage Security services. Over look at the recharges, ESB charts and add support team/PM with the project management queries and doubts

Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint & MS Excel (this role includes extensive work using Excel & PPT ).
• Broad knowledge of business conducted within M&G, including M&G Global Services India.

Experience

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in finance or commerce. (A Levels or equivalent qualification).
