Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization in India to drive advanced data analysis, build dashboards, and deliver clear management reporting to executive stakeholders.

The role involves collaborating with Finance, FP&A and Operations to automate and standardize reporting while ensuring data integrity. We value expertise in analytics, visualization, and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a Master's in Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced data analysis and reporting. Supports dashboard development and stakeholder engagement. Collaborates with lead analysts and specialists. Ensures data integrity and documentation standards. Mentors junior analysts and research analysts.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs. Prepare Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations. Develop KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards. Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary. Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Transformation teams. Drive reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights. Manage end-to-end reporting delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting timelines, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach and develop reporting analysts and team members.
