Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to turn data into actionable insights.

You will develop dashboards, deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management packs, and partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and Transformation to drive performance. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with BI tools and data modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into clear executive messages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-level analytics or CS degrees required.
• Data analytics and BI tool proficiency expected.
• Certifications in BI/data management are preferred.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and governance required.

Responsibilities

• Executes assigned reporting tasks and prepares outputs.
• Supports client presentations and updates.
• Maintains organized records and files.
• Provides feedback to lead analysts.
• Learns advanced BI tools and methods.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs.
• Prepare Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations.
• Develop KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards.
• Provide variance analysis and business performance commentary.
• Create dashboards and visual reporting solutions.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Transformation teams.
• Drive reporting automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Manage end-to-end reporting delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting timelines, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop reporting analysts and team members.
