Genpact in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr. Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to drive advanced data analysis, build dashboards, and engage stakeholders.

You will collaborate with lead analysts, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior team members, contributing to scalable AI-driven decision support. Ideal candidates hold a related degree with certifications in data management or BI tools and have hands-on experience with BI platforms and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in analytics/CS/related field and/or data science specialisation.
• Professional certifications in data management or BI tools are a plus.
• Strong analytical and data visualization capabilities required.
