Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to drive forecasting, analytics, and data storytelling across supply chain in India. Lead statistical forecasting, KPI monitoring and visualization to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.

You will apply advanced analytics, design dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, costs, and resilience while ensuring compliance with internal standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in analytics, CS or statistics; Master's in Data Science preferred.
• Industry certifications in data management, analytics and BI tools are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical forecasting of service parts monthly and quarterly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze SKU performance and support rationalization initiatives to streamline product portfolios.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify performance gaps to drive improvements.
• Prepare and present reports translating complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Evaluate market trends and incorporate findings into supply chain strategy.
• Design and implement process improvements to reduce costs and strengthen resilience.
• Champion continuous improvement with data-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and internal best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and KPIs.

Job Description
