Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to build forecasting models, dashboards, and KPI reports. You will collaborate with supply chain and analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights and support business decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, Power BI/Tableau skills, data modeling, and a proactive approach to process improvement, governance, and data quality in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in analytics, CS, or statistics plus relevante masters in data science.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills required.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical forecasting of service parts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Enhance forecasting methodologies and inventory optimization using analytics and automation.
• Measure forecast accuracy and report impact on operations.
• Analyze SKU performance and support rationalization initiatives.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports translating complex datasets into clear insights.
• Evaluate market trends and incorporate findings into strategy.
• Design process improvements to reduce costs and enhance resilience.
• Champion continuous improvement with data-driven solutions.
