Qualifications

• 15+ years of AI/ML/data analytics/program delivery experience with leadership, budgeting and stakeholder management.
• AI program delivery leadership: run multi-workstream AI initiatives with strong execution discipline.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI, MLOps/LLMOps, lifecycle, deployment, monitoring and evaluation.
• Cloud-native architecture and GCP familiarity; production readiness for AI.
• Governance, documentation: enforce traceability, evaluation frameworks, change control, audit-ready docs.
• Vendor and cross-functional partnering to align vendors, IT and business groups.

Position Description

Honeywell's Value Engineering (VE) and Component Engineering (CE) Center of Excellence (COE) is a dynamic collective of professionals dedicated to refining product development through innovative engineering and strategic component selection. You will be part of Honeywell's VE/CE CoE Advanced Tech team driving Tech Charter & Strategy with focus on how AI/ML can enable us meet VE/CE revenue targets. You will be responsible to drive end-to-end delivery of AI programmes by partnering with AI technical leadership and SMEs, translating strategy into structured execution plans and measurable business outcomes. Drive execution rigor across AI initiatives through strong programme governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery practices to ensure quality and predictability. Drive adoption, value realisation, and compliance by enabling robust evaluation, testing, documentation, and governance frameworks across all AI tracks. Drive organisational growth and capability by building a high-performing team, scaling talent, managing resource and budget planning, and evolving tools and systems to support sustainable AI delivery.

• Drive execution rigor across AI initiatives using strong program management practices (planning, governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication) to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams (IT, business, and functional groups) to enable seamless delivery, integration, and adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
• Own requirements evaluation, testing, adoption, and value realization for all AI tracks, ensuring solutions are effectively operationalized and deliver tangible impact.
• Establish and enforce robust documentation and governance standards, including model lineage, evaluation frameworks, compliance requirements, and audit-ready artefacts.
• Develop and drive tooling and platform roadmaps (AI/ML/GenAI systems, MLOps/LLMOps capabilities), continuously improving efficiency, scalability, and engineering practices.
• Manage resource planning, AOP, and budget, optimizing capacity across in-house teams and vendors while aligning with business priorities.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI organization through hiring, capability development, performance management, and continuous upskilling across AI and Data tracks.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 15+ years of overall experience with demonstrated leadership in AI/ML/Data analytics/program delivery, including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and team development
• AI program delivery leadership: ability to run multi-workstream AI initiatives, manage dependencies, and deliver business outcomes with strong execution discipline.
• AI/GenAI & MLOps/LLMOps literacy: solid working knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, LLM/GenAI solution patterns, deployment/monitoring, and evaluation approaches.
• Cloud & platform understanding (preferably GCP): familiarity with cloud-native architecture, scalable services, security controls, and operational readiness for production AI.
• Governance, compliance & documentation: ability to enforce traceability (model lineage), evaluation frameworks, change control, and audit-ready documentation practices.
• Vendor and cross-functional partnering: proven ability to align vendors, IT, and functional groups; negotiate deliverables/SLAs; and resolve delivery friction.
• Process excellence & continuous improvement: benchmark practices, improve efficiency, strengthen quality gates, and institutionalize repeatable delivery mechanisms
• Financial & operating management: resource planning, budgeting/AOP ownership, capacity modelling, and delivery trade-offs across build/run/vendor mix.
• People leadership: hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and building inclusive, accountable teams with strong engagement
