Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. AI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI solution development, and Python scripting.

You will design, develop, and support AI-powered agents and copilots, translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions across PoC, Pilot, and Production stages. Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, you will maintain AI solutions, provide operational support, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in AI, automation, analytics, or application development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development and deployment (mandatory).
• Experience building and supporting AI, conversational AI, or agent-based solutions.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of data integration, APIs, and basic data engineering concepts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sr. AI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI solution development, and Python/scripting, along with a solid understanding of automation and data engineering concepts. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered agents and copilots, translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, and driving successful delivery across the PoC, Pilot, and Production lifecycle.
