Job summary

The engineer works with AI developers and product teams to keep production systems secure, reliable, and cost-efficient in a fast-moving, on-site environment in Gurugram, India. This role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience and a strong focus on scalable design and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software, cloud, data, integration, or AI-related engineering experience.
• Experience developing APIs, integrations, backend services, or cloud-based applications in Azure or comparable platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Eng/IT/Data Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support AI infrastructure including RAG pipelines, embeddings workflows, vector search, APIs, backend services, and integration services.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, ERP systems, and other business applications.
• Deploy and operate AI solutions in Azure, maintain CI/CD and monitoring processes, troubleshoot incidents, and drive improvements in scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with AI Developers and product teams on technical design, implementation planning, documentation, support procedures, and adherence to engineering and governance standards.
