Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing software, data, analytics, or AI-driven applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience building AI applications using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and modern software engineering practices for scalable AI solutions.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent cloud-based analytics environments.
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines, data integrations, and data processing solutions for AI workloads.
• Knowledge of AI model evaluation techniques, testing, observability, and quality measurement.
• Understanding of data governance, metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and access control.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, regulatory compliance, privacy standards, and risk management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and integrating AI into enterprise ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across global teams in fast-paced environments.

This role requires
