Job summary

Automation Anywhere in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to advance agentic AI projects, build production-grade AI-powered automation, and drive RAG and multi-agent workflows.

You will work with LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI/Gemini APIs, design end-to-end pipelines, integrate with UiPath or Automation Anywhere RPA, and contribute to CI/CD and testing.

The role requires 2–5 years of software and AI experience, a CS/AI/DS degree, and a hands-on mindset to ship real solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience 2-5 years in software engineering and 2+ years building AI-powered or automation solutions in production.
• Evidence of delivering complete, working solutions - not just experimental or prototype work.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on with LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAICore agent patterns: tool use, memory, multi-step reasoning, output validationLLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source)
• RAG & VECTOR INFRASTRUCTURE: End-to-end RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval evaluation; Familiarity with at least one vector database; diagnose & improve retrieval quality
• RPA: Hands-on with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate Bot workflows with exception handling, logging & integration with agent layers
• ENGINEERING: Strong Python; cloud AI services; APIs, data pipelines & event-driven systems
• NICE TO HAVE: Exposure to LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning; agent observability tooling
• AGENT DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION: Build and maintain multi-agent workflows from Solution designs to production-ready implementations; tool integrations with error handling & graceful degradation
• RAG & KNOWLEDGE SYSTEMS: Build end-to-end RAG pipelines; Monitor and improve retrieval quality; integrate RAG as knowledge backend
• RPA & HYBRID AUTOMATION: Develop and maintain RPA task bots; implement AI agent and RPA handoff logic
• PRODUCTION & QUALITY: Write unit & integration tests; CI/CD; monitor deployed systems; incident response for agent failure modes
• COLLABORATION & GROWTH: Work with Senior Engineers; stakeholder use-case discovery; document pipelines clearly
