Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, statutory audits, and accounting.
• Experience managing end-to-end accounting, tax compliances, audits, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Prepare and finalize books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Manage Income Tax compliances, return filing, and assessments.
• Handle Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, FEMA, SEBI, AIF, and other regulations.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely statutory filings.
