Job summary

LetzBizz is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to drive a database migration project to AWS RDS SQL Server. You will analyze schemas, optimize SQL code, and ensure application functionality after migration, working closely with application teams during UAT and deployment.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL Server experience with T-SQL, procedures, functions, views, triggers, and migration tooling such as AWS DMS. Immediate joiners only, contract-based engagement lasting ~2.5 months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL Server development experience.
• Proficient in T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Experience with indexing strategies and query tuning.
• Experience with SQL Server Migration to AWS RDS and AWS DMS.
• Familiarity with source control and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing database schemas, tables, views, and procedures.
• Remediate SQL code incompatible with AWS RDS SQL Server.

Job Summary

The SQL Developer will support database migration activities by analyzing database objects, optimizing SQL code, resolving compatibility issues, validating migrated databases, and ensuring application functionality after migration to AWS RDS SQL Server.
