Job summary

TeamPlus Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a back-end data specialist with strong SQL expertise to support payroll and HRMS related processes in an Indian context. You will work with MS SQL Server, write complex queries, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will understand payroll components and be comfortable handling salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, attendance, and payroll processing.

Qualifications

Job description

Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Excellent knowledge of SQL queries, joins, subqueries, views, stored
procedures, functions, and database optimization.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Knowledge or experience in Payroll systems and processes.
Experience with HRMS applications.
Understanding of payroll components such as salary, allowances,
deductions, overtime, leave, attendance, and payroll processing.
