Job summary

Posidex Technologies in Mumbai seeks an SQL-Application Support/Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience. Marathi and English language skills are mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

You will write optimized SQL/PLSQL, troubleshoot performance issues, and work in Linux environments. The role supports 24/7 operations and involves travel for training in Hyderabad as needed.

Qualifications

• 60% or above in all academics from SSC to Degree/PG.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Marathi & English languages mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong communication to work with cross-functional teams.
• Write optimized SQL/PLSQL with complex joins, subqueries, and procedures.
• Monitor and optimize SQL performance and resource usage.
• Work knowledge of Linux; troubleshoot system-level issues.
• Be flexible for shifts and 24/7 operational support.

• 2.PG:
  • MCA with Degree (B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc(IT) only) or

  • M.Sc-IT with Degree (B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc(IT) only)

Note: 60% and above (First class in all academics (SSC, (HSC/12th/Diploma), Degree/PG) is required).

Exp: 2-4 years only

Work Location: Mumbai and willing to work anywhere in India.

Client: BFSI domain.

Note:

Responsibilities:

• 1.Demonstrate strong communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth and clear exchanges of information.
• 2.Should have in-depth working experience with SQL and PLSQL to write efficient, scalable, and optimized SQL queries. Should be able to develop complex joins, subqueries, and stored procedures to support application needs.
• 3.Monitor, identify bottlenecks and optimize SQL query performance to enhance efficiency and reduce system resource consumption.
• 4.Demonstrate working knowledge of Linux environments. Experience with troubleshooting system-level issues is highly desirable.
• 5.Ability to work from any location in India and be flexible with shifts, ensuring 24/7 operational support.
• 6.Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or others) is preferable,
• 7.Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Capable of debugging application, system, and database issues and offering timely resolutions.
• 8.Conduct regular health checks on applications to ensure seamless operation. Perform necessary housekeeping tasks to maintain system efficiency, including log management, backups.
