Job summary

DMart is seeking a Spring Tech Lead to design and develop Spring Boot based microservices. The candidate will lead a team, own components, and ensure code quality.

The role requires 10+ years in Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful services, and strong data-structures knowledge. Collaboration with vendors and integrations like IBM MQ and Kafka is expected in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Spring, SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Java, Microservices, OOPS and Multithreading.
• Hands-on experience in Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Experience with messaging queues IBM MQ or Kafka.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services using Spring Boot.
• Frontend technologies: JSP, Servlets, Async processing.
• Knowledge of SQL and BigData, including advanced queries and indexing.
• Design Microservices, conceptual models, sequence and class diagrams.
• Active participation in design and code reviews; strong code-quality focus.
• Solid Agile/Scrum experience; capable of owning components and mentoring.

Title: Spring Tech Lead

Job Description Summary

The Spring Tech Lead Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing the Springboot Based application services. The specialist should have hands-on knowledge of following skills:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Spring, SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Java Collection framework, Microservices, OOPS and Multithreading Concepts
• Hands on experience in Algorithms and Data Structures
• Experience in any of the messaging Queue (IBM MQ, Kafka)
• Working knowledge of JUnit, Maven & Jenkins
• Experience with MicroServices, RESTful Web Services using Spring Boot
• Experience in frontend technologies, Spring MVC, JSP, Servlets, Async processing.
• Knowledge and experience on BigData, SQL, including SELECT / UPDATE statements, aggregate functions, table joins, indexes etc.,
• Design Microservices, Conceptual Models, Sequence and Class Diagrams
• Participate in design and code reviews with external vendors and ensure that code quality metrics are adhered to.
• Experienced working in Agile Development Environment and scrum process.
• Should have strong analytical thinking, be a self-driven individual to face challenges and work with unknowns in fixing elusive bugs in MicroServices, SOA architecture.
• Traits to take ownership of the components and deliver work end to end, including designing, development, release and bug-fixing.
• Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with various teams and should have team managing experience.
• Hands on experience in Java Design & Patterns
• Should be able to manage the team.
