Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Spring Boot Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. You will work with RESTful services, microservices architecture, and production issue debugging, while leveraging Docker, Redis, and PostgreSQL.

You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams, and help optimize performance and scalability across services.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on Java/Spring Boot development in enterprise-grade apps.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful services, and Microservices architecture.
• Proven production debugging and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
• CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration with Git/Jenkins/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Job Description :

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and passionate Spring Boot Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Microservices Architecture, and have proven experience in production issue debugging and troubleshooting. Knowledge of containerization using Docker, caching solutions like Redis, and database management using PostgreSQL is essential.

Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-4 years of relevant experience in Java/Spring Boot development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build and consume RESTful Web Services and APIs. Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications following industry best practices. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure system stability. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application response times. Work with PostgreSQL for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation.

Nice to Have Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ. Exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace. Knowledge of Distributed Systems and Design Patterns. Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domain.
