Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an experienced Splunk ITSI Architect to lead the design, migration and optimization of enterprise Splunk ITSI services. You will create service models, KPIs and Glass Tables while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable monitoring and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes dashboards, alerts, data ingestion optimization and proactive troubleshooting within a large Splunk environment, leveraging strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Splunk ITSI and service models.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture and data ingestion.
• Proven ability to design dashboards and KPIs in ITSI.
• Experience migrating dashboards and alerts within Splunk environments.
• Experience optimizing indexing and storage performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot ITSI and integration issues.
• Effective communication with enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience working in large, enterprise Splunk deployments.
• Strong collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
