Experience: 1 year to 3 years

Shift: Night Shift

Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Mode of Interview: Face 2 Face

Job Description:

• Troubleshoots application to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
• Ability to work with users on-site and remotely.
• Good computer system skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues to diagnose and resolve before escalation.
• Setting up and installing new Computers Software & Hardware and networks.
• Setting up and installing new CC TV Cams, networks and software
• Setting up and installing Automation System, networks and software
• Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
• Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
• Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office
• Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
• Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
• Knowledge in Server Installing and managing backups, in case of data loss
• Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
• Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
