Job summary

New Horizons Child Development Centre in Hyderabad seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to join the CIP team. This in-person role focuses on high-quality intervention for children with special needs, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

You will conduct assessments, deliver goal-oriented therapy, maintain logs, and ensure adherence to SOPs. A degree in Speech Therapy and AVT diploma are required or preferred, with 1 year of experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Speech Therapy and AVT diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to ethical and child-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and submit weekly reports.
• Provide individualized speech and language therapy per goals by the Developmental Pediatrician and the child’s intervention plan.
• Maintain and complete daily log sheets.
• Adhere to all SOPs (clinical and non-clinical) without deviation.

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Speech Therapist to join our CIP (Child Intervention Program) team at NHCDC. The role involves providing high-quality intervention services to children with special needs, while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and submit on weekly basis.
• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children as per goals outlined by the Developmental Pediatrician and the child’s intervention plan.
• Maintain and complete daily log sheets.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Clinical and Non-Clinical SOPs without deviation.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy
• Diploma in Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical and child-centered practice

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children with developmental delays or communication disorders
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary intervention approaches
