Job summary

New Horizons Child Development Centre in Hyderabad, India is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our CIP team and provide high-quality intervention services to children with special needs. The role involves collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Therapy, plus AVT training, and 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy.
• Diploma in AVT.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to ethical and child-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and submit on weekly basis.
• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children as per goals outlined by the Developmental Pediatrician and the child’s intervention plan.
• Maintain and complete daily log sheets.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Clinical and Non-Clinical SOPs without deviation.
