RWS Group is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Hindi. This freelance, part-time role is remote from India, offering flexible scheduling (10+ hours per week) and immediate start.

You will participate in short voice conversations with AI models, follow scenarios, evaluate responses for relevance and clarity, and provide objective ratings per project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Hindi.
• Fluent to advanced proficiency in English (B2–C2).
• Experience with AI data tasks, data evaluation or labeling is a plus.

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level fluency in Hindi
• English Proficiency: Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (levels B2–C2)
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.
