Job summary

RWS Group seeks a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to improve AI-generated Bengali content. This freelance, part-time, remote role in India starts immediately, with 10+ hours per week.

You will conduct short voice conversations with AI models, follow provided prompts, and evaluate responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality. What we’re looking for

• Native-level fluency in Bengali
• English Proficiency: Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (levels B2–C2)
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.
