Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a documentation professional to create, update, and maintain technical content for wind energy projects. You will gather information from Engineering, validate it, and coordinate reviews to ensure high-quality outputs.

The role emphasizes structured authoring, CMS tools, and content governance to support reusable documentation and improved usability across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years in a similar position, preferably in wind power.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Experience in technical writing or documentation development is preferred.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Create, update, and maintain sales and technical documentation in accordance with company standards and business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and validate technical information from Engineering and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Coordinate document reviews and support the timely delivery of high-quality documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation using approved documentation tools and structured authoring principles.
• Support content reuse and modular documentation concepts in accordance with established documentation standards.
• Contribute to documentation standards, templates, terminology management, and continuous process improvements.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and documentation completeness.
• Improve documentation usability, consistency, and findability through structured authoring and standardized content management.

  Documentation Quality & Standards

  Define and maintain documentation standards, editorial guidelines, and writing conventions. Support the development and maintenance of templates, style guides, and terminology standards. Review documentation for consistency, usability, and compliance with documentation standards

  Content Governance

  Support documentation governance activities and continuous improvement of documentation methodologies. Promote structured information and content quality across Engineering documentation.

Future Operating Model

Support the transition towards a future CMS-based documentation operating model.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years in similar position, preferable in the wind power industry
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills required

Experience in technical writing, technical communication, or documentation development.

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with structured authoring, XML or content management systems is beneficial.

Understanding documentation quality principles and information architecture is an advantage.
