  • Review trial balance mappings, consolidation entries, eliminations, intercompany balances, and disclosure checklists for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate audit readiness activities, including PBC schedules, reconciliations, roll‑forwards, supporting documents, and evidence for key judgments.
  • Manage audit queries with external auditors and internal stakeholders, track open items, resolve issues, and minimize audit adjustments.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of accounting position papers and judgment memos for material and complex matters.
  • Assist in drafting and updating accounting policy documentation.
  • Support the preparation and review of guidance related to financial statement line items.
  • Participate in training sessions for finance teams on accounting policy updates and technical topics.
  • Act as a key liaison with external auditors, ensuring audit readiness, timely issue resolution, and minimal audit adjustments.
What You Need to Be Successful

  • Deep understanding of accounting and international standards
  • Proven experience in analyzing and applying IFRS to real‑world business scenarios
  • Hands‑on experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting transformations and regulatory projects.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) or strong aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
