Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing TA function. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of managing candidate pipelines, with hands-on sourcing and stakeholder collaboration.

You will drive sourcing for niche and high-volume roles, support recruiters with pre-screened profiles, and contribute to inclusive recruitment practices while ensuring compliance across processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of talent sourcing or recruitment operations experience in global/high-growth settings.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and passive engagement.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive sourcing to build pipelines for niche and high-volume roles.
• Assist recruiters with pre-screened profiles, candidate engagement, and interview scheduling.
• Support diversity hiring goals through targeted sourcing and inclusive practices.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to streamline workflows and maintain documentation compliance.
• Partner with Employer Branding & Communications on sourcing campaigns and events.
• Use ATS and recruitment tools to maintain data hygiene and track candidate journeys.
• Own hiring trackers and recruitment MIS with high accuracy and timely updates.

Responsibilities:

• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for niche & high-volume roles, using boolean search, social recruiting, and talent mapping techniques.
• Support recruiters with pre-screened profiles, candidate engagement, & interview scheduling during peak hiring phases.
• Contribute to diversity hiring goals through targeted sourcing efforts and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Collaborate with the TA leadership team to streamline workflows, implement process improvements, and maintain documentation compliance.
• Partner with Employer Branding & Communications to support sourcing campaigns and hiring events.
• Utilize ATS & recruitment tools to maintain data hygiene, track candidate journeys, and extract analytics for decision-making.
• Own hiring trackers & recruitment MIS with high accuracy & timely updates.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment operations, preferably in a global or high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagement.
• Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and basic knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and exposure to HRIS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
