Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage candidate pipelines and support a global growth TA function. The role focuses on sourcing niches, pre-screening, interview scheduling, and data-driven recruiting in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will collaborate with TA leadership, partner with branding for campaigns, and ensure accurate tracking in our ATS and HRIS, while upholding inclusive hiring practices and documentation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment operations.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and passive engagement.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive sourcing to build pipelines for niche and high-volume roles.
• Support recruiters with pre-screened profiles, candidate engagement, and interview scheduling.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to streamline workflows and ensure documentation compliance.
• Partner with Employer Branding to support sourcing campaigns and events.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing TA function. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with both people and process orientation, capable of managing candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for niche & high-volume roles, using boolean search, social recruiting, and talent mapping techniques.
• Support recruiters with pre-screened profiles, candidate engagement, & interview scheduling during peak hiring phases.
• Contribute to diversity hiring goals through targeted sourcing efforts and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Collaborate with the TA leadership team to streamline workflows, implement process improvements, and maintain documentation compliance.
• Partner with Employer Branding & Communications to support sourcing campaigns and hiring events.
• Utilize ATS & recruitment tools to maintain data hygiene, track candidate journeys, and extract analytics for decision-making.
• Own hiring trackers & recruitment MIS with high accuracy & timely updates.

Key Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment operations, preferably in a global or high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagement.
• Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and basic knowledge of data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and exposure to HRIS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
