Henkel is seeking a skilled Supply Planner in Navi Mumbai to manage production planning for a dedicated portfolio. The role interfaces with 3PMs, procurement, demand planning, and logistics to balance supply with demand, while optimizing inventory and minimizing risks.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in supply planning, experience with S&OP/IBP, data analytics, and strong project management abilities to improve 3PM performance and OTIF.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in supply planning for 3PM.
• Experience in S&OP / IBP and material planning.
• Working knowledge of data analytics & BI.
• Experience in process improvement & project management for 3rd party manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall production planning for the dedicated business portfolio.
• Prepare Master Production Schedule and weekly Production plans.
• Optimize inventory levels and manage SNP & SAP planning parameters.
• Coordinate with 3PM team for outputs and OTIF.
• Oversee Subcon PO management and JIT deliveries to OEMs.
• Collaborate with Business Planners and Customer Service on stock allocation.
• Lead monthly Supply Review meetings with 3PM and drive OTIF improvements.
• Plan finished goods distribution.

About this Position

To ensure uninterrupted and cost-effective supply of products from third-party manufacturing partners by developing and managing supply plans aligned with demand, inventory requirements, production capacities, and business priorities. The role is responsible for coordinating with 3PMs, procurement, demand planning, logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely production and availability of products while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing supply risks.

What You´ll Do

• Manage the overall production planning process for the dedicated business portfolio assigned.
• Should be able to prepare Master Production schedule and also weekly Production plans.
• Should be able to manage and Optimize inventory levels
• Creates a balanced rough cut capacity plan on a rolling basis.
• Works with 3PM team on output of dedicated manufacturing assets.
• Subcon PO management.
• Coordination for JIT Deliveries to OEMs
• Works closely with Business Planners, Customer Service on stock allocation
• Knowledge about SNP & SAP planning parameters.
• Manages supply bottlenecks and similar issues.
• Lead actions on OSMI reduction and avoidance
• Drives monthly Supply Review meetings with 3PM
• Drives 3PM OTIF improvement & sustain to desired target levels.
• Distribution planning for Finished Products.
