Responsibilities

• Planning & Execution Support: Execute supply planning routines in alignment with defined processes and timelines; support short- and mid-term supply plan execution; coordinate with planners; maintain governance standards.
• Supply‑Demand Balancing & Order Management: Align supply and demand; create/confirm/ Follow-up orders; monitor fulfilment; assist rebalancing as needed.
• Data Integrity & System Maintenance: Maintain master data accuracy; resolve data discrepancies; perform system updates related to planning parameters.
• KPI Tracking & Issue Escalation: Monitor KPIs (service level, stock levels, fulfilment); escalate risks and data issues; support root-cause analysis.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinate with demand planning, logistics, manufacturing; ensure timely info flow; facilitate alignment on supply topics.

The Supply Management Specialist supports supply planning and execution by ensuring accurate planning data, coordinating supply-demand activities, and enabling effective decision‑making. The role focuses on execution excellence, timely issue identification, and structured escalation while supporting the broader planning process.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Planning & Execution Support Execute supply planning routines in alignment with defined processes and timelines Support short- and mid‑term supply plan execution based on input from planning systems and stakeholders Coordinate with planners to support implementation of planning decisions Maintain adherence to planning cycles and governance standards
• Supply‑Demand Balancing & Order Management Coordinate supply and demand alignment activities based on defined planning inputs Execute order management activities, including order creation, confirmation, and follow‑up Monitor order fulfilment and identify gaps or delays Support rebalancing activities based on planner guidance
• Data Integrity & System Maintenance Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date master data in planning systems Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Execute system updates related to supply parameters and transactional data Support system‑related activities including data validation and correction
• KPI Tracking & Issue Escalation Monitor key operational KPIs (e.g., service level, stock levels, order fulfilment) Escalate supply risks, data issues, and execution gaps to relevant stakeholders Support root‑cause identification for recurring issues
• Cross‑Functional Coordination Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., demand planning, logistics, manufacturing) Ensure timely information flow to support planning and execution activities Support alignment across functions on supply‑related topics Facilitate communication on supply constraints and operational updates
