Job summary

Sandoz Private Limited, a leader in biosimilar and generic medicines, seeks an experienced Project Manager/PMO to support global M&A, divestiture, integration, and business transformation initiatives. You will plan, govern, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, Supply Chain, Consulting, or Operations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Exposure to M&A integration, divestitures, carve-outs, or large transformation programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project management activities for M&A and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers, and dependency logs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely escalation of risks and issues.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, leadership presentations, and status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR.
• Support due diligence, Day-1 readiness, integration, and transition activities.
• Facilitate governance meetings and track closure of actions and decisions.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of PMO best practices.
• Maintain project documentation, repositories, and communication records.

What you’ll bring to the role
