Job summary

SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA in Bengaluru is seeking an ERP Application Development & Maintenance specialist for the Core System MILES. You will deliver business solutions by configuring/modifying ERP components with no regressions, and manage support and change requests through the full SDLC with business users and teammates for smooth deployments.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of techno‑functional experience, strong Oracle/MS SQL skills, and excellent communication.

Responsibility to manage the support & Change Request by following end to end software development life cycle and collaborate with business users & other colleagues for the deployment.

Profile

4 – 6 years of experience as a Techno FunctionalExperience in Database Queries and ProceduresHave experience in Application Support on the functional issues.Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.Configuration experience in ERP productStrong fundamentals in Leasing will be an added advantage.Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.Capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.Willing to work primarily in functional Support and also in Change Requests.Willing to work in different shifts day shift, afternoon shift.Problem solver, thinker and analyserSolution challenger when relevant.Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to understand and end user directly.Have negotiation skills (tactful).Ability to raise factual alerts & risks when necessary.Organized and practical.
