Role: SAP APO GATP Consultant

Role Description:

• The APO GATP consultant role involves enabling implementation or providing application support for processes and technology solutions related to diagnosis, analysis, and transformation of order confirmation and availability functions in projects. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, testing, training, and documenting in SAP APO GATP projects within customer organizations.
• Seeking a team player willing to learn and contribute to APO GATP initiatives, including building assets and accelerators to reduce overall costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP APO GATP module.
• Experience in at least 2 APO GATP projects, including implementation.
• Exposure to SD processes in ECC.

Process Knowledge:

• Understanding of order confirmation and availability processes.
• Understanding of sales and distribution processes.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in APO GATP configuration and design.
• Understanding integration between APO modules and with ERP systems.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and training materials.
• Ability to develop test scripts for various testing phases.

Hands-On Experience:

• Configuring APO GATP functionalities such as back order processing, rules-based ATP, allocations, MATP, and CTP.
• Articulating the advantages of GATP and AATP functionalities.
• Integration with APO DP, including allocations and PPDS.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and maturity to work in challenging environments.
