You will design and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decisions across Global Development analytics initiatives. You will build Tableau and Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality and security, explore AI/Large Language Models within reporting, and translate business needs into measurable value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree in a related field with 1+ year of experience.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within the reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

This role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models within the reporting landscape for advanced reporting capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Qlik (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.
• Familiarity with clinical trial operational data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across partners.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
