Job Responsibilities

1. Specializes in the management of non-catalog purchase orders with contracts.
2. Handle transactions that fall outside automated procurement systems to maintain business continuity.
3. Support escalations regarding requisitions and purchase orders.
4. Engage appropriate stakeholders including vendors for timely resolution of inquiries.
5. Ensure business end user satisfaction and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel as required.
6. Execute purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
7. Engage appropriate parties to resolve requisition and PO related issues and ensure the timely closeout of open POs.
8. Drive customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of exceptions.
9. Respond to business end user and vendor inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
10. Track the status of requisitions and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with transaction management policies and procedures.
12. Facilitate alignment between Category Management, Sourcing, and the CoE to incorporate strategies into tactical buying instructions.

Experience & Skillset Required

• 3-5 years of experience.
• SAP Ariba experience (Term Sheet/PO creation, Supplier Enablement, Contract Module, Term Sheets, Catalog Creation/Management).
• Icertis experience (for term sheet creation).
• Ability to support RFP, 3 bids, and a buy event.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Deep experience with Ariba payments (Non-PO, manual PO).
• Experience building reports in Ariba (Operational reports).
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and reporting CSV files.
