Job summary

Nordex Group in Chennai, India, seeks an engineer to support engineering BOM topics, maintain product structure and configuration within the global team, and implement stakeholder requirements into the latest BOM concepts.

You will report BOM status to various stakeholders and configure and release BOM for customer projects, requiring a degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in related roles.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BOM/engineering support roles.
• Experience with product structure and configuration is a plus.

Job description

• Support service organisation in engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) related topics like i) SBOM ii) design improvements coming from workstream 1, 2 and 4.
• Develop & maintain the product structure and product configuration within the global engineering team.
• Align and implement the requirements from different stakeholders into latest concept of bill of materials and configuration.
• Reporting of bill of material status to various stakeholders. Configure and release bill of materials for customer projects.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• 3 or more years experience
